Group aims

Brampton Youth Group was established in 1996, we work with young people aged between 8 and 19 years who live or meet in Brampton, West Melton and Wath Upon Dearne,we work with young people in a variety of setting, including detached, centre based work and mobile youth work.  Our aim is to promote the personal & social development of young people in their transition from adolescence to adulthood.

Brampton Junior Youth Club works with young people aged 8 to 11 years who live or meet in Brampton, delivering quality youth work, our aim is “To promote the personal & social development” of young people giving them the access and opportunity to participate in activities that they would not normally have access to “. We undertake a number of projects to help us to achieve or aims, including: art workshops, street dance and team sports. Young people are free to attend and engage in activities or just relax. Using early intervention approach we also do issue based youth work working with our members on issues such as letter, drugs/alcohol and active citizenship all our work is needs led and done in consultation with young people and within the “Every Child Matters” Framework.

Group activities

Senior youth club :     Tuesday- 6:30pm – 8:30pm  50p

Junior Youth club :     Wednesday – 5.30-7pm  50p

Drama :                        Friday – 5-7pm £1
