September 2020

The Kickstart Scheme is a £2 billion fund to create hundreds of thousands of high-quality 6-month work placements for young people aged 16-24, who are claiming Universal Credit.

If you are looking to create fewer than 30 Kickstart placements, you need to apply through an intermediary, and this is where Diversify Now will support you.

Simply email Kickstart@Diversifynow.co.uk and a member of our team will be in touch right away.

Group Aims:

We are a non-profit organisation that challenges perceptions by providing social inclusion workshops, led by those affected by these issues in order to provide real, experience-led sessions that will educate the public.

Group Activities:

We cover a wide range of topics dealing with issues identified by education professionals, Ofsted and the government as current concerns within schools and our wider society. Our approach is interactive, tailoring our materials to the age of our audience when working with pupils and to the particular focus of the group when delivering to adults.

We know education is the way forward to prevent exclusion and eliminate bullying. We need YOUR support to help fund our activities that stop children feeling isolated and alone. For more details of how we use funds and to donate please click here to visit our crowdfunder initiative.

Support for schools: Promotion of social inclusion means increased awareness of topics, decreased negative attention towards these issues and ultimately better lives for those who experience exclusion in their daily lives. We believe that people are often scared of differences in society through lack of understanding and that by informing the public, we remove that barrier to communication and community. Our workshop presenters will bring a first-hand knowledge by speaking of their own experiences, offering insight and conversation to a world that may be alien to the audience. Through this interaction, our presenters can break down misguided perceptions and prejudices within society. Click here for more details: Diversify – School Booklet 2020

Support for business: Diversify ensure that businesses have the tools that are necessary to achieve inclusion and equality in the workplace: the what, the why and the how. These tools remove the mystery, myths and uncertainty that surround inclusion and equality in the workplace. We work to give a unique perspective paralleled with practical work experience to ensure strategies, objectives and implementations are achievable and smart. Our experienced staff provide in-house training to businesses, in a wide range of industries and organisations. We are happy to work with you to develop bespoke sessions on particular topics, and/or to deliver via webinar where the framework of the course allows.
