Our online twice weekly sessions can help to provide self-help and coping strategies for those over 18 with a range of mental health issues such as; anxiety, depression, low mood, OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, phobias, and sleep problems.

We provide self-help groups for individuals aged 18+, every Wednesday evening (online) and Thursday morning face to face in the City Centre
Anyone welcome. Members share their experiences, and follow a cognitive behavioural therapy approach to minimising panic attacks.

Zoom is a fantastic online platform for group sessions in your own home. You can join in any way that you feel comfortable:
