Group Aims & Activities

Paige’s Project is a social action group for young people aged 11-25 with an invisible illness which aims to provide a support network, allow young people to make friends, and to help young people grow as individuals.

We meet once a month and have a drop in session where you can stay for as long as you want, meet new people and access support.

Our aims are to:

  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and relaxed space for young people with invisible illnesses to socialise and talk about their feelings and circumstances.
  • Help young people to feel included in society, and feel valid- not a burden.
  • Give support and guidance to young people with invisible illnesses

We have 5 areas of working:

– Monthly drop-in Sessions

– Social Days Out

– Buddy System

– Signposting Services

– Education Programme
