Group aims:

Crossroads Care is Britain’s leading provider of practical support for Carers and people with care needs. We are a Network Partner of Carers Trust the UK’S largest Carers Charity.

We provide support, information and guidance for unpaid carers of all ages living within the Rotherham and surrounding districts of South Yorkshire. We also provide flexible services to people of all ages, with a range of disabilities and health conditions, within their own home. The support is personalised to meet individual needs, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and delivered by fully trained caring staff. As a charity, we care for people not for profit.

No-one cares more than Crossroads Care, not just in the scale of what we do or the 30 years experience that we have in Rotherham, but in the way we define care. Crossroads Care staff are totally committed, they love their work, and their training and long experience mean they understand what people with care needs and their Carers need and feel. The social care system is changing to give people with care needs more choice and control over the services they choose to purchase. This will ultimately lead to improved standards and will allow service users to personalise their own care. However, this will mean a period of complexity and confusion.

No-one is better qualified than Crossroads Care to guide people through new choices and processes to a better quality of life. Crossroads Care staff build long and trusted relationships which is why more carers and people with care needs turn to Crossroads Care for support than to any other social care provider.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) our last inspection report can be downloaded here where we were rated as ‘Outstanding’
