Group aims and Activities:

The Salvation Army is a worldwide Christian church and registered charity, working in 124 countries, demonstrating Christian principles through practical support; offering unconditional friendship, and very practical help to people of all ages, backgrounds and needs.

Our charity shops sell mainly second hand goods donated by the public. When visiting them you will find bargains and collectables plus an eclectic mix of fashions, bric a brac and other household items. From retro fashion to CD’s and DVD’s, bestseller books to computer games.
