Group Aims

We are South Yorkshire’s Community Foundation and our goal is to improve the lives of local people.

We support community groups who help people facing hardship and disadvantage and those working to improve the communities they live in. We connect people who care about South Yorkshire and have the means to invest in its future with the community groups striving to build stronger and healthier communities.

Group activities

We are a grant making charity and provide grant funding support to community and charity organisations across South Yorkshire. We have specific funding for Rotherham groups, as well South Yorkshire wide funding available all year round. www.sycf.org.uk/apply/Rotherham/
